Ruzumi currently offers free standard shipping to Ireland and supported EU destinations.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Where an estimated delivery timeframe is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, this is the best estimate available for your order. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier and product availability.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email ruzumistore@icloud.com with your order number and we will help investigate. Your statutory consumer rights regarding delivery are not affected.
