These terms apply when you use the Ruzumi website or place an order with us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery page and Returns & Refunds page. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Products and information
We aim to describe products clearly and accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and, where applicable, normal manufacturing variation. Measurements described as approximate should be treated as such.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency presented by the store. Any shipping charges, taxes or other amounts collected by us will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Orders
We may cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, availability problem, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or another reasonable issue that prevents fulfilment. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery page. Cancellations, returns, faulty goods and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds page and applicable consumer law.
Use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
